Marinate fish with spices and pan fry. Excellent with halibut, cod, sole, salmon or snapper. Simple and easy directions included.
Medium Heat – for mild, use half the package contents.
- Mix contents of SPICY FISH CURRY MIX, 2 tablespoons OIL and 1 teaspoon SALT in a bowl to make a spice paste.
- Cut 1½ lbs. of FISH FILLETS* into 4” strips. Rub spice paste on both sides of fish fillets. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Coat fish fillets lightly with FLOUR (CHICK PEA FLOUR).
- Fry fish in a frying pan with 4 tablespoons OIL on medium heat. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, turning fish occasionally or till fish is cooked.
*Use your choice of fish e.g. Cod, Sole, Snapper, Salmon or Halibut.
Garnish with chopped cilantro
Ingredients: cumin, turmeric powder, crushed garlic, red chillie powder, coriander and black pepper.
